Poor Food Quality and Service
Some customers have expressed disappointment with the food quality and service at The Duke of Wellington. Elena Broadhurst, for instance, had a terrible experience with their food, which took over 30 minutes to arrive and was of poor quality. Swan Suriatekur was also unhappy with the lack of apple sauce served with their Sunday roast pork lunch. Liz Clasper had beef wellington that was impossible to cut, and Shaun Anderson mentioned that the staff and customers turned a blind eye to injustice.
Long Waits and Disorganization
