The Story Behind the Studio

Angela McNeill's journey in the world of interior design began when she studied contemporary crafts at Manchester Metropolitan University, where she developed skills in metalwork, woodwork, ceramics, and textiles. After completing her studies, she worked as an upholsterer for a year, honing her skills and developing a deep appreciation for the art of transforming old pieces of furniture into new and unique creations.

This experience sparked a desire to move beyond simply reupholstering furniture, and Angela went on to work with an interior design company, training for five years before setting up her own interior design business. With a keen interest in psychology, Angela's approach to interior design is centered around understanding her clients' personalities, lifestyles, and preferences, allowing her to create spaces that truly reflect their individual styles and tastes.
