Established in 2008, Scotclean Services was set up as a family-run business with the aim of being the best in our field. Over the years, we have built a strong commercial client base. Many of our clients use us time and time again due to our friendly approach to customer service, our outstanding professional workmanship, and reliability. As a result of constant hard work and dedication through the initial years in business, we have experienced a steady expansion within the cleaning industry. This has enabled us to provide a range of professional services including Office Cleaning, Commercial Floor Cleaning, and Common Area Cleaning.

Scotclean Services are a responsible employer. You can be assured that we take good care of our employees and do not use zero-hour contracts. Keeping employee turnover to a minimum is very important to us, and we recognize that by keeping our employees happy, in turn, they will look after you, our customers. Without the hard work and dedication of our team, we simply would not have been able to grow our business and customer base as successfully as we have done in recent years.
Our Community
Scotclean Services are active within our local community. We regularly support local groups and schools with fundraising within our community and have recently become involved with DYW - Developing the Young Workforce. Working in partnership with DYW, we provide young people with support in finding employment through mentoring with job interviews at local high schools. With the majority of our staff hired locally, this goes a long way to ensure that our local communities are supported and continue to prosper.
Environmentally Friendly
We are fully aware of our environmental responsibilities and we are continually looking for innovative ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We use environmentally friendly detergent-free cleaning solutions, low-wattage upright commercial vacuum cleaners, and correctly recycle all office waste. We carefully plan all journeys to help reduce Co2 emissions and only use recycled cotton cloths for cleaning. We also reduce the use of single-use plastics by using refillable super-concentrated cleaning products.
Service Quality and Customer Experience
A customer, Neil Blair, had a disappointing experience when they phoned the service twice, leaving their number, but never received a call back. This indicates a lack of attention to customer inquiries and a potential loss of business.
On the other hand, Sandra Gibbons had an excellent experience with the service. She found the worker to be extremely pleasant and was delighted with the job done. Her leather suite now looks like new, and she would definitely recommend the service to others.
