We are a small, family-run caravan park open from April to October, catering exclusively to privately owned static caravans and fully serviced hardstanding motorhome and campervan pitches. Regrettably, we do not accept tourers, tents, or holiday rentals.
Motorhome and Campervan Pitches
Book your Motorhome/Campervan pitch and experience beautiful Banchory and the surrounding Royal Deeside countryside. With scenic river and hill views, our motorhome and campervan pitches provide fully serviced hardstandings with water and electric hookups. We offer additional space in our overflow area, equipped with water and electric, but without hookups, ideal for visitors who prefer a more rustic experience.

We might have space in our overflow area. Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Prices per night cover up to 2 people, with additional guests incurring a fee of 4 per person per night. Pets are welcome but no dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
Our amenities include two wet-rooms with a toilet, sink, and shower and we have two w/c for guests to share. We also provide laundry and dishwashing facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi for up to 5 devices. Charging of electric motorhomes/campervans will incur an additional cost. No additional cars are allowed unless agreed upon in advance, which may also incur a charge. Check-in: 13:30 - 18:00; late check-in can be arranged. Check-out: 11:30.
We provide Calor gas and Camping Gaz refills suitable for both caravan residents and those needing gas for home use. Whether you're staying with us or just passing by, you can conveniently exchange your gas bottles on-site.
