KM Massage is a professional massage therapy practice founded by Kevin Macaulay, an experienced Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist. Since 2016, Kevin has been dedicated to helping clients improve their range of movement, reduce pain, and achieve their full potential in their daily lives. This may involve treating issues such as back pain, neck pain, whiplash, frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, knee pain, fibromyalgia, sciatica, and headaches.
At KM Massage, we take a holistic approach to treatment, starting with a comprehensive initial assessment to lay the groundwork for a tailored individual treatment plan. The techniques used may be familiar or new to you, and your treatment is a collaborative journey to achieve your goals. We will advise on appropriate self-care and rehabilitation at home to extend the benefits of your appointments.
Kevin's own journey into massage began in 2015, after working in the corporate IT sector for many years. With a background in nursing, he has integrated his clinical knowledge with his new career as a massage therapist. Kevin has earned a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage, a Foundation in Myofascial Release, a Seated Chair Massage Certification, and the Jing Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Certificate. He is a member of the CNHC and holds insurance with Balens Insurance Ltd.

Sports Massage
Sports massage targets circulation enhancement, tissue elasticity increase, and muscle tension reduction. Tight muscles can restrict flexibility, elevate pain, and cause future injuries. Sports massage helps alleviate muscle tightness and prepare your body for sporting activities. Depending on your place in the training schedule, the massage methods will differ between pre- and post-events. Pre-event massages will be lighter, striving for optimal performance, while post-event massages aid recovery and assist muscles in returning to their pre-event state.
