Questions
How do I register for online bidding?
Register via The Saleroom or EasyLiveAuctions before the auction date. Provide identification and payment details to participate in live or timed auctions.
What payment methods are accepted after winning a bid?
Payment instructions are provided post-auction. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. Buyers' Premium of 20.5% plus VAT applies to hammer prices.
Can I view auction items before bidding?
Yes, by appointment. Contact our Telford office to arrange inspections. Condition reports and detailed photographs are also available in our catalogues.
How are auction estimates determined?
Our specialists set guide prices based on market value, rarity, and condition. Estimates help bidders understand expected price ranges but do not guarantee final sale amounts.
What happens if an item doesn't meet its reserve price?
Items below reserve prices are withdrawn from sale. Sellers receive feedback on bidding activity and market interest for future consignment decisions.
Do you offer international shipping assistance?
We coordinate collection and delivery arrangements post-payment. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and import regulations in their jurisdictions.
