Derbyshire Asbestos Support Team

The Derbyshire Asbestos Support Team (DAST) is a registered charity dedicated to providing relief, help, and support to individuals who have suffered ill-health, injury, or disability as a result of their work involving asbestos. Our mission extends to assisting the families of these victims, ensuring they receive the necessary support, advice, and assistance during their time of need.

Established in March 2002, DAST became a registered charity (No. 1186006) in June 2007. While our name suggests a focus on Derbyshire, our services are not limited to this county; we also offer advice and information to asbestos-related disease victims and their families in Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Burton-on-Trent, and Lincolnshire. Our committed team is prepared to conduct home visits throughout these areas.

In addition to our local connections, DAST is linked with numerous other asbestos support groups across the UK and abroad. By working together, we strive to ensure all those affected by asbestos-related injuries are provided with the support and assistance they require.

Services Offered by DAST
