Efficient Service
One customer, who has been ordering from Aquapac for over a year, has never been let down and praises the company for going the extra mile to help whenever they're stuck for materials. They also commend Louise in the office for being very efficient and ensuring orders are on time and correct.
Negative Experiences
Problems with Orders and Delivery
Several customers have had issues with their orders, including missing parts, damaged goods, and delayed or failed deliveries. One customer, who spent 500 on a reptile vivarium, couldn't even build it due to missing parts and was unable to contact the company. Another customer, who paid a premium for postage, received smashed glass and had to fight for a partial refund.
