Disappointing Experience with a Specific Staff Member

Poor Service and Arrogance
According to Dave, Mark Leah demonstrated arrogance and a lack of understanding of customer service. Dave's experience was so poor that he would not recommend this branch and would instead opt to work with other agents in the future.
Isolated Incident or Wider Concerns?
While Dave was unable to comment on other staff members, he did mention that another branch of the agency had provided excellent service, even with unusual queries.
