Many customers have praised the exceptional customer service at Leyland SDM Hackney store. Staff members Leo, Paddy, Adam, and others have been commended for their knowledge, friendly, and helpful demeanor. Clients have reported feeling at ease and receiving excellent guidance on DIY projects, with some even receiving personalized assistance and recommendations from the staff.
Notable Issues with Service
However, some customers have experienced disappointing service at the store. Susanna Truong was not provided with advice or guidance on paints, leading to a frustrating experience. She was also asked a series of questions and was not shown the color of the paint before purchase. In another instance, Alex Ozbourne had a run-in with a staff member, John, who refused to serve him due to a lack of identification. This incident soured Alex's experience with the store and led him to stop purchasing goods from there.
