Our journey began in 2006, with a focus on building large, one-off mansion houses in areas such as Hale, Hale Barns, and Bowdon. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to include the development of smaller, traditional houses on select developments in sought-after locations.

We have had the privilege of completing numerous projects, including conversions of historic buildings and new-build properties, all of which showcase our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Our latest project, for instance, involves the conversion of The Church Inn in Northenden into a series of luxury 4-bedroom houses, with an attached new-build estate comprising 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom properties, alongside 1-bedroom apartments. We are also dedicated to refurbishing older properties and listed buildings to create opulent homes that seamlessly blend traditional styles with contemporary living spaces.
