- Accessibility: Our centre is fully equipped with disabled parking bays located at each of the 3 main shopping centre entrances within the carpark and a disabled toilet in the Public Facilities area located at the entrance doors on Circular Road, past our Primark store. Shopmobility Belfast provides mobility scooters free of charge, and wheelchairs are available at the customer service desk.
