Our History

Founded in a small rented unit with a collection of second-hand manual machine tools, C & M Mould Tools Limited has grown steadily over the years. We began by expanding into a larger unit on the Ebblake Estate, eventually occupying units 1, 2, and 3, and constructing an additional unit with a 10-ton overhead crane. Our commitment to investing in large-capacity machine tools has set us apart from many toolmaking companies, enabling us to work on larger tools and accommodate a diverse range of projects.

Our Plant & Equipment

Our plant and equipment, including our Twin Crane Carriage Facility with a 10-ton capacity, enable us to cater to a wide range of projects. We also utilize a large capacity laser welding machine, capable of repairing large or small moulds with a rotating chuck for fast repairs to round objects. Our documentation of before and after repair, coupled with a large assortment of filler rods, ensures the highest quality of service.
