Our charming guest house boasts seven tastefully furnished en-suite rooms, including a family room, with three rooms located on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Each room is well equipped with a 32 smart television, complimentary tea and coffee tray, hair dryer, and a fan. We also provide one complementary on-site parking space per room, a guest conservatory, patio, and wireless internet access. We take great pride in being a non-smoking property and have CCTV installed for your peace of mind.

Guest Facilities
Our spacious breakfast room can accommodate larger groups with a big table where up to 10 people can sit together, plus there are smaller tables for 4 and 2. We offer a delicious Continental breakfast, served in our lovely breakfast room, to kick-start your day. Our guest conservatory is a comfortable and sunny place, perfect for relaxing and planning your day ahead. It has two sofas and a coffee table at one end and a seating area for 4 people at the other end, making it an ideal spot to meet other guests or enjoy some quiet time.
Cirencester is known as 'The Capital of the Cotswolds' and is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Our town is famous for its lovely restaurants, pubs, and cafes, and almost daily markets. Cirencester also boasts beautiful parks, boutiques, and independent shops, as well as two theatres, The Barn and The Sundial. For those interested in history, the Corinium Museum and the Parish Church of St. John Baptist are must-visits, offering fascinating insights into our town's rich heritage. The remains of one of the largest Roman amphitheatres in Britain, which could hold about 8,000 spectators, can also be found on the edge of our town.
Cirencester is home to the Cirencester Open Air Swimming pool, open from May to September and heated, making it an ideal spot for a refreshing dip. It is one of the oldest outdoor pools in Britain, dating back to 1870, and is in a very picturesque position. For art lovers, the Cotswold Sculpture Park, set in a beautiful woodland with ponds, gardens, and glades, is a must-visit, offering a chance to meander through and admire the wonderful sculptures.
Accessibility
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10, but we are able to accommodate dogs in two of our rooms on the ground floor (Room 6 & 7), strictly by prior arrangement. We have an accessibility guide available on request to ensure that our facilities are suitable for all our guests' needs.
