Graham Binnington Architects is a distinguished RIBA Chartered Practice situated in the picturesque market town of Beverley, East Yorkshire. Established in 2009, our firm has built a reputation for creating bespoke buildings that are meticulously designed to respond to context, the environment, and the client's brief. We are committed to enhancing the built environment while fulfilling our clients' requirements and budget, which we achieve through collaborative work, both within our practice and with clients and external consultants.

Our People

Our Practice is led by Graham Binnington, BA (Hons) B(Arch) Director RIBA ARB, who is a Chartered Architect registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). Graham has extensive experience in the architectural field, having worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, leisure, and health care projects. Graham is passionate about contemporary design, sustainable solutions, and creating flexible spaces that will suit different lifestyles for years to come.

Joanne Binnington, Administration and Finance Director, is responsible for the smooth running of the office, book-keeping, project time records, invoicing, and day-to-day administration. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Newcastle University and a PGCE. Joanne has previous experience as a Primary School Teacher and Event Manager.

Tom Lamping, BA (Hons) M(Arch) Architect ARB, is a qualified Architect who obtained his degree from the University of Lincoln. Tom is responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion and has expertise in the domestic residential and commercial sectors, predominantly on office refurbishments, and the leisure and retail sectors.

Our firm has extensive experience in the domestic residential sector, having completed beautiful extensions, remodels, bespoke houses, and small housing developments. In addition to our expertise in the domestic sector, we also provide services in the commercial sector, predominantly on office refurbishments. Furthermore, we have completed cafe's, restaurants, apart-hotels, and sporting facilities in the leisure and retail sectors.
