Professionalism and Punctuality

Adam and apprentice Josh did a great job of re pipelining radiators, and Gary was prompt in attending to an overflowing water tank and completing a bathroom renovation. Neil, Steve, Ben, and Chloe also praised the plumbers for being reliable, professional, and friendly.
Unprofessional Behavior
The negative reviews, however, criticize the company's unprofessional behavior. Amy's husband had to wait multiple times for a scheduled appointment, only to be left unanswered and without a call or message. Anna had to wait four hours for a plumber to arrive and fix her toilet problem, and was left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Mair was unhappy with the after-care service and had to get another plumber to rectify the initial work.
