Our apartments are situated in the historical building on Belsize Road, formerly known as Kilburn Town Hall, the Kilburn Theatre & Picture Palace, and subsequently Decca Studios. The Maida Vale area, also home to one of our locations, is an affluent residential district comprising the northern part of Paddington in West London, west of St John's Wood and south of Kilburn. Our third location is based on Wellington Road, home to The American School, London Zoo, opposite the renowned Wellington Hospital, St John & Elizabeth Hospital and Lord's Cricket ground.
