Our Origins

Our coffee journey began in the heart of Australia, ignited by the serendipity of a delicious cup on a dusty afternoon. Returning to our corner of England, we were dismayed by the lack of quality coffee options. Inspired, we decided to fill that gap.

After meticulous tasting, countless conversations with renowned roasters, and rigorous training, we acquired our own Giesen roaster and established our humble tin-shed roastery in 2015. Today, we've migrated to the charming Fox's Tonedale Mill in Wellington, Somerset, welcoming coffee enthusiasts to witness the magic of roasting firsthand.
