Building Your Dreams, One Project at a Time

Here at The Wheel Inn, we pride ourselves on being a traditional country pub that offers high quality food, drink, and service. Our long history and connection to the Vale and the Duke and Duchess of Rutland make us a unique and special place to visit. Whether you're looking for a delicious meal, a refreshing pint, or simply a warm and welcoming atmosphere, we've got you covered.

Our Services

We take great care in selecting and conditioning casks from our favourite breweries from around the country, and we're proud to offer a range of award-winning cask ales. Our wine list is constantly evolving to provide a well-balanced and easily accessible selection to suit every palate. And, of course, our menu is full of classic and modern cookery created from locally sourced ingredients.

But it's not just about the food and drink - our stunning private Skittle Bar is the perfect place to celebrate your next birthday, engagement, or any other occasion. And, with our recently landscaped beer garden and brand new BBQ table, you can enjoy the sunshine with your friends and family while we take care of the hard work.

Our History

The Wheel Inn has been a public house for well over 200 years, originally built as a farmstead from local ironstone. Over the years, we've been sensitively refurbished to retain our charm as a contemporary country pub and restaurant. And, with our strong connection to the Vale and the Duke and Duchess of Rutland, we're proud to be a part of the local community.

Our Commitment to You

At The Wheel Inn, we're committed to providing exceptional service and a warm welcome to every customer. Whether you're a local or just visiting the area, we want to make sure you feel at home. So, come and join us for a meal, a drink, or simply a chat - we can't wait to meet you!
