Our Services
We offer a range of services, including RICS Level 2 Home Surveys (Homebuyer Survey), RICS Level 3 Home Surveys (Building Survey), and Help to Buy Valuations. Our RICS Level 2 Home Survey provides an internal and external inspection of the property and reports on the condition of the property, including the Surveyor's opinion of the Market Value and reinstatement valuation if required. Our RICS Level 3 Home Survey is a more detailed report that provides a comprehensive inspection of the property, highlighting any defects or issues. We also provide Help to Buy Valuations, which are RICS compliant and meet Target's requirements.
