Remedial Works
PDG were hired to rectify the subpar work done by the ground workers on a new build home's front and rear lawns and gardens, which had been neglected by the previous landscapers. The site was in a state of disrepair, with hard core, timber off-cuts, and other debris scattered about. The lawns were shallow-rooted, waterlogged due to insufficient topsoil, and had dead patches.
Remediation Process
PDG's team quickly assessed the problems and set to work rectifying the issues. They removed the old turf, dug and rotavated the earth to a depth of at least 300mm, and backfilled with a soil conditioner and sharp-sand mix to improve the clay soil. A final layer of quality topsoil was applied, and new turf was relayed to create neat, tidy, and level lawns and gardens.

Throughout the project, the PDG team communicated effectively with the homeowner, keeping them informed of progress and any issues that arose. The team's work was of high quality, and they demonstrated a commitment to getting the job right the first time.
