Castle Skip Hire & Groundworks

Castle Skip Hire is a family-run business that has been established for over 25 years. We began as a metal recycling yard in Dudley before expanding to waste and groundworks 15 years ago and moving to new premises in Bilston. Our commitment to recycling has seen us expand our operations to include the recycling of green waste, cardboard, paper, wood, soil, and brick. We are constantly seeking ways to increase the amount of waste that we recycle. Our dedication to proper waste disposal procedures has earned us recognition as a fully licensed Waste Transfer Station, a registered waste carrier, and WAMITAB accreditation.

Since 1991, we have been providing waste services to both domestic and commercial customers in the Black Country. Our services have evolved and expanded to include skip hire, grab hire, soil and aggregate delivery, tarmac, block paved and stone driveways, and site clearances.

Skip Hire

At Castle Skip Hire, we offer a range of skips for both commercial and domestic hire. Whether you are just clearing out the shed or demolishing a house, we can facilitate a suitable skip for your needs, delivered and collected at a time that suits you. The skips shown below are the three most common types of skip we deliver, but other sizes are available upon request.

• Mini Skip - 2 Cubic Yard (Approx size: 170 cm x 90 cm x 150 cm (L x H x W))

This is the smallest skip that we supply. It is suitable for small garden projects and household waste.

• Midi Skip - 4 Yard (Approx size: 230 cm x 90 cm x 160 cm (L x H x W))

This is the most popular size of skip that we supply. It is suitable for small building or groundwork projects, bathroom/kitchen refits and house clearances. Drop door skips are available on request.

• Builders Skip - 8 Yard (Approx size: 320 cm x 110 cm x 180 cm (L x H x W))

The 8-yard skip is often used for larger construction projects and house clearances. Drop door skips are available on request.

Grab Hire

Our 32-tonne grab lorry can remove over twice the amount of muck that two skips can hold while also loading the waste, so you don't have to push wheelbarrows up slippery planks anymore. If there is sufficient access, we can even load muck from over walls or fences. We provide grab hire to commercial and domestic customers. No job is too big or small. We can remove muck from a small driveway or clear a whole development plot. All inert waste can be taken (brick, dirt, green waste, timber, etc.) at a time that suits you. Aggregates, top soil, and sand can also be delivered by the tonne and placed with the crane if required.

Soil and Aggregates Delivered

We can deliver soil and aggregates to your location. Our grab lorry is equipped with a crane that can place the materials exactly where you need them, saving you time and effort.

Tarmac, Block Paved and Stone Driveways

We offer a range of driveway solutions, including tarmac, block paving, and stone driveways. Our team of experts can design and install a driveway that meets your needs.

Site Clearances

We offer site clearance services for both commercial and domestic customers. Our team of professionals can clear your site quickly and efficiently, leaving it ready for the next stage of development.
