Memberships and Customer Service Issues
Several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the memberships and customer service at Sidcup Leisure Centre. Katie Hope and Paul Holmes both gave 1-star reviews, citing issues with being hounded for further memberships and membership cancellations. Katie Hope felt overwhelmed with daily calls and voicemails, while Paul Holmes's daughter was stuck with a 12-month agreement despite struggling to afford the monthly payments. Another reviewer, Michael, also gave 1-star and criticized the staff for being unhelpful.
Facilities and Cleaning
