Established in 2010, The Iron Lady has grown from a part-time venture into a trusted laundry and ironing service operating across Wellington, Cullompton, Taunton, Tiverton, and surrounding areas. Our team of 10 dedicated professionals serves over 100 regular clients, combining 15 years of industry experience with a commitment to exceptional quality and customer care. We specialise in tailored laundry solutions for both domestic and commercial clients, offering flexible collection and delivery options to suit individual needs. Our process prioritises clear communication, with clients able to specify precise garment requirements through written notes. All adult clothing is returned hung in protective plastic sleeves unless otherwise requested. We maintain transparency throughout our service, providing detailed updates via email, phone, or text at every stage.

Our commercial clients include care homes, bed and breakfasts, holiday parks, and holiday homes, reflecting our adaptability to diverse laundry requirements. With weekday working hours from 8:00-18:00 and Saturday availability until 16:00, we accommodate busy schedules while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
