Our experienced optometrist, Stephen, has been in the industry since 1997, working in hospital eyecare, multiple practices, and as a locum optometrist. With a wealth of knowledge and a passion for providing unrushed, bespoke eyecare, Stephen opened his practice in Stenhousemuir in 2016.

At Stephen Beirne Optometrists, we pride ourselves on our long-standing relationships with our patients. Stephen has completed a medical retina course at Aston university, a diploma in Medical Retina, and an Independent prescribing course. These qualifications enable him to prescribe for various eye conditions and provide the best possible advice and care to his patients.

Our team includes Sharon, who has vast experience in helping you choose the perfect frame for your style and ensuring that you have the correct lenses for your lifestyle and budget. We are delighted to welcome Emma, our new Dispensing Optician, to our Dollar practice. Emma brings over 10 years of experience in optics and is an excellent addition to our team.
