Tregundy Farmhouse is a spacious and comfortable self-catering holiday accommodation located on the cliffs of the south side of Perranporth, Cornwall. With its magnificent views over the beach and town, it is an ideal location for both small and large groups, accommodating up to a maximum of 9 people. The farmhouse is only a two-minute walk from the golden sands of Perranporth beach, a top surfing venue, and from the town centre's shops, restaurants, and cafes. Tregundy Farmhouse is the perfect base for exploring the many coastal and inland attractions of Cornwall.

Facilities

Tregundy Farmhouse offers excellent facilities for guests to enjoy their stay. The ground floor comprises a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, a decorative fireplace, a 42" TV, and sea views. A dining room with a 32" TV and an extending dining table, a breakfast room with a Rayburn stove, and a split-level fitted kitchen with electric oven & hob, microwave, and two fridges (one with an icebox) are also available. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one single room, one bathroom with a shower over the bath, and one shower room with a shower cubicle. Both bathrooms have washbasins and WCs. A laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities is also available.

Tregundy Farmhouse provides bedding, and all beds are made up with covered duvets for guests' arrival. A high chair and fold-up travel cot are available upon request. Electricity is supplied from a coin-slot meter, and the Rayburn stove ensures that the house stays warm. The house is surrounded by a walled garden with a gated enclosed area with patio, and garden furniture is available for use by guests. An outdoor shower is also available. Private off-road parking is available for 5 cars. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement, but they are not allowed in the bedrooms and may not be left alone in the house.

The town centre is only a few minutes walk away, offering a variety of local amenities such as Coops, a butcher, a bakery, and a post office. Many cafes, restaurants, and take-aways are also available. Surf board and wetsuit hire are available for hire from the beach and town for those looking for surfing experiences. Perranporth beach is dog-friendly.

Perranporth is an ideal holiday location and is ideally situated for visiting the whole of Cornwall. Its superb three-mile-long beach of golden sand has been rated as one of the finest beaches in the country. It is one of the top surfing beaches, and surfboards, wetsuits, and accessories are available for hire from the beach and town. With its golden sands and rock pools, Perranporth is also an excellent family beach. The Watering Hole, a popular eating place situated right on the beach, provides a wonderful atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
