Our Story
Founded in 1995 by original partners Simon Scargill and Dean Mann, Scargill Mann & Co quickly established itself as one of the most respected local estate agents in Derbyshire and East Staffordshire. Today, our letting department is still managed by Dean Mann, with Alison Bates heading the residential sale department.
