Mixed Experience with One Customer
However, not all customers have had a positive experience. Dean Hall was initially impressed with Charles James, but his experience deteriorated when he questioned the costs and flexibility of their services. He felt that the company was inflexible and that communication could have been better. Despite this, he acknowledged that the initial meeting was professional and that the company may have just had a bad day.
