Our History

Orange Box Self Storage Ltd was established in 2004 with the aim of providing a self-storage solution for domestic and business customers throughout Sunderland, Washington, South Tyneside, and the surrounding area. Previously operating out of the old Groves Cranes yard in Pallion, we moved to our new site in September 2013. Our new location, on Pallion West Industrial Estate, offers a range of on-site benefits, including a hi-definition CCTV system, motion-activated LED flood lighting, keyfob-controlled gate and barrier access system, wide aisles for easy vehicular access, and all containers protected by Mul-T-Lock.

Our Services

We offer a range of services to cater to different needs, including personal storage, business storage, moving house, home improvements, de-cluttering, travelling overseas, and students. Our purpose-built containers come in two sizes, 10' x 8' (80 square feet) and 20' x 8' (160 square feet), making it easy to choose the right size for your needs. We also offer flexible and competitive daily rates, with no minimum hire term or overpayment worries.
