Our experienced and highly qualified practitioners use a combination of play-based and structured learning activities to support children's development in these areas. We believe that learning should be a fun and enjoyable experience, and we strive to provide a wide range of opportunities for children to explore, investigate, and experiment in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Pedagogy

At Victoria House Nursery, we believe that listening to young children is the foundation for quality early childhood practice. We recognise that children who feel valued and listened to are able to develop their independence, self-esteem, and ability to make choices. Our practitioners use their observational and reflective skills to ensure that each individual child's needs are being met and their interests are followed.

We believe that the relationship between practitioners and children is central to children's learning and development. Our practitioners are warm, caring, and responsive, and they work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that children's individual needs and routines are met.
