Mixed Feedback

Dealing with Prescription Issues

Reviews highlight the importance of getting prescriptions right. One customer, Robster, had a two-month saga to get a pair of glasses that fit due to a bad prescription, which caused discomfort and eye strain. However, after persistence, the issue was resolved at the Springburn branch, which got the prescription spot on.

Praises for Customer Service

Many customers praised the optician's customer service, citing helpful and friendly staff. Ian Lennox had a great experience with a prompt and free repair of his broken glasses. Valerie Fordyce appreciated the kind and understanding staff who accommodated her epilepsy-related needs. Jim Nolan and Dora M. also commended the professional and efficient service they received.

Room for Improvement

Some customers expressed disappointment with the optician's services. Nicholas Bailey had trouble sourcing replacement parts and was not impressed with the staff's handling of his glasses. Roxidaisy was unhappy with the limited selection of kids' glasses and the rude receptionist, citing poor customer service.
