Unprofessional and Poor Communication Skills

Michael James noted that Anthea did not introduce herself when answering the phone, and the application form sent to him was a scanned piece of paper, which he felt was unprofessional. Laurie J. reported a similar experience, where she had to wait for 90 seconds before being acknowledged, and the male representative was cold, blunt, and uncommunicative.

Laurie J. described the male representative as "monosyllabic, abrasive, and rude", and suggested that the company may have an issue with communicating with women. Both reviewers have expressed their shock and disappointment at the company's behavior, and have stated that they would never buy from or recommend them.
