Richard, a customer, had a disappointing experience with the dealership. He purchased a Harley-Davidson CVO Streetglide, which was affected by a safety recall. Despite his request to trade the bike for an unaffected model, the dealership reneged on the deal and wanted a substantial increase in price. The customer expressed frustration with the lack of response from the dealership's management and the fact that Harley-Davidson was not interested in resolving the issue. The customer ultimately left the brand and lost a significant amount of money due to the depreciation and costs associated with switching to a different brand.
