Our Team

Indulge is owned and operated by Chris Mills and Paul Oliver, two experienced professionals who share a deep love of good food and great service. Chris, who was previously head chef at Villu Toots restaurant and has trained under Michelin Star rated chef Simon Gueller, is responsible for the culinary side of the business. Paul, who has hotel and restaurant management experience, handles the business and customer service aspects of the company. Together, they make a formidable team, dedicated to providing the highest standards of food, drink, and service.
