McNamara Contractors, a family-run business established in 1972 by Tom and Carmel McNamara, has built a reputation for delivering high-quality groundworks and civil engineering projects across the South of England. From our headquarters in Romsey, Hampshire, we have overseen the successful completion of hundreds of projects in Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Dorset, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.

Tom and Carmel founded McNamara Contractors from scratch, and the business has grown and thrived despite facing four recessions. Our success is due in large part to the unwavering dedication of our workforce, with many employees having spent their entire careers with McNamara Contractors. We are proud to say that 90% of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, and we invest heavily in their training and certification.

Our managing director, Brendan McNamara, is dedicated to modernising and innovating our business, while our company secretary, Noelle Cole, oversees our contracts and ensures that we deliver on our promises.
