Bubbly Circus, headed by the experienced and affable Mr. Bubbles, is a thriving children's entertainment business specialising in balloon modelling and magical entertainment for both children and adults. Originally based in Surrey, Mr. Bubbles has recently relocated to Haverhill, Suffolk, close to the Suffolk, Cambridge, and Essex borders, eager to share his expertise and joy for balloon sculpting and magic with a wider audience.

Established in the mid-1990s, Bubbly Circus has evolved significantly over the years. Initially, the company focused on delivering a popular and engaging magic show, which soon gained recognition and was performed in schools and outdoor events. As the company expanded and began collaborating with other talented entertainers, such as face painters, jugglers, stilt walkers, and clowns, Bubbly Circus identified the potential for a diverse range of entertainment offerings.

The incorporation of face painting and a captivating puppet show, created by the immensely talented Liza Walker, allowed Bubbly Circus to provide a comprehensive package of entertainment for events and festivals. However, it was the addition of balloon modelling that truly set the company apart. Beginning with simple designs, Mr. Bubbles honed his craft and expanded his repertoire by learning from award-winning balloon artistes, such as Michael Decker.
