The Home Survey Level 3 Report (Building Survey) is an in-depth assessment of a property's structure and fabric, comprehensive enough to handle large, older, unusual, or run-down properties or those requiring significant alterations or works. Home Survey Level 2 Report (HomeBuyer Report) focuses on particular types of properties, specifically conventional houses, bungalows, and flats which are in apparently reasonable condition. The Home Survey Level 2 Report offers a visually clear inspection summary with 'traffic light' ratings assigning Condition Ratings 1, 2, or 3 to significant defects identified.
