At Eythorne Building Contractors Ltd, we offer expert advice and free estimates, ensuring that our clients' interests are well looked after. Our experiences over the years have equipped us with the ability to take on the responsibility of Principle Contractor, allowing us to coordinate both our own employees and other sub-contractors on a project on behalf of the client. We aim for maximum efficiency and to eliminate the obstacles caused by poor organization and communication that can still be found on sites today. Our project management skills extend to all sizes of projects, including liaison with local authorities and NHBC inspectors.

Our office is located in the small village of Eythorne, and our yard is in Barfreston. We operate between Canterbury, Dover, and Deal and the surrounding areas. As a member of the National House Building Council, we work to the high standards required and can offer the 10-year NHBC warranty on new build properties. We are fully insured and able to provide references if required. Our reputation has been built on providing a professional and friendly service, and the majority of our work comes from existing customers and recommendations from local architects.
