We specialise in a variety of services, including home extensions, flat alterations, garage conversions, and attic conversions. Our aim is to create an environment for people to feel comfortable in and visit time and time again. We are also experts in converting commercial premises and handling change of use applications.

Design & Build: From Inception to Completion

At Venn Architectural Services, we take pride in providing a comprehensive service that takes your project from inception to completion. Whether it's your new extension, attic conversion, or flat alteration, we will provide you with a high-quality finish that meets your expectations. Our services include measured surveys, planning applications, listed building consent applications, and building warrants. We will obtain all the necessary applications that you require to start your project.

Initial Meeting: Advice and Guidance

During our initial site meeting, we will discuss the proposed project that you wish to carry out and provide you with advice and guidance. From these discussions, we will provide you with a free no-obligation fee quotation along with a description of the work that we will carry out on your behalf. We will also email you a copy of our authorisation letter. If our fee is acceptable, we would be obliged if you could sign our authorisation letter and return it via email or post.

Measured Survey: Necessary Information

Once we have been contracted, we will carry out a full measured survey of your property. This will provide us with the necessary information that we require to provide you with design scheme drawings.

Design Scheme Drawings: Collaborative Approach

We will provide you with design scheme drawings based on our initial meeting. We believe in a collaborative approach and will work closely with you to develop a design that meets your needs and aspirations.

Lodge Applications: Communication with Local Authority

Once design schemes have been agreed, we will be in a position to lodge the necessary applications with your local authority regarding the proposed project. We will liaise with your local authority until the application(s) have been granted, allowing work to commence on-site.
