Our Story

AB Group was founded in 2010 by a team of talented and passionate engineers, specialising in key aspects of the retail and commercial built environment, notably refrigeration and HVAC. Our ambition was to 'better the norm' with every solution we delivered, taking into account environmental and financial impacts in all our work. Our experience as a specialist subcontractor on commercial construction projects led us to bring our expertise to bear on the construction process itself, streamlining management and consolidating specialist contractor skills under one ownership.

Our co-founders, Neil Bromley and James Espin, bring a combined 48 years of experience in the built environment to the table. Together, they have assembled a team of talented professionals, including James Washington, Operations Director, and Lindsey Dilger, Head of Finance.
