We offer a complete service from initial consultation right through to the construction and planting of your garden. Our process begins with a visit and consultancy, where we discuss your garden goals and preferences. We then conduct a detailed survey of the site, followed by the creation of a sketch plan, layout plan, and planting plan. To ensure that your garden is built to the highest standards, we also offer project supervision services. Once the construction is complete, we can source, supply, and plant all the necessary plants to bring your garden to life. Additionally, we provide maintenance services to help you keep your garden looking its best.
Our Philosophy
Our design philosophy is centered around creating a garden that reflects the client's requirements and personality. We believe that a garden should not only link the house to the garden but also be in harmony with its surroundings, using plants and materials that are in character with the site's location.
Our Expertise
With a Horticultural Science degree from Massey University in New Zealand and practical experience working for landscape contracting companies in New Zealand and Australia, Peter Bird is well-equipped to handle any garden design project. Our team has worked with private individuals, housing developers, and corporate clients, including Barratt Homes and Ikea.
Our Achievements
We are proud to have received R.H.S Silver medals for our show gardens exhibited at the Hampton Court Flower Show. One of our designed gardens is also featured in the National Gardens Scheme.
