Our Services
At VJ Goodall, we offer a wide range of services to our clients in the ceramics, food, pharmaceutical, medical, and automotive industries. Our services include:
- Tool & Die Manufacture: We offer initial concepts to finished components in a variety of materials and finishes. We specialize in 3D surface machining using Delcam's modelling and milling suite and have the latest measurement equipment to reverse engineer and reproduce exact duplicates of complex designs.
- Ceramics Division: We design and supply specialized tools and dies for the ceramics industry, covering the tableware, refractories, tile, and technical ceramics sectors. Our tools and dies can be designed and made from a fired ceramic model or any drawing/concept design.
- Food Machinery Division: We provide tooling for hot pie, quiche, tart, and pork pie manufacture. Our tooling is designed and manufactured from foil to finished item, and we supply spares and tooling for most types of bakery machinery.
- Robotic Automation, Handling, and Hydrostatic Tooling Manufacture: We offer pottery and food machinery repair and refurbishment as per individual requirements.
- General Engineering: We offer a wide range of general engineering services, including CNC milling/turning, wire erosion, die sinking/EDM, and DELCAM CAD CAM suite. We can take any product and via our technology prepare full engineering specifications and drawings to ensure total manufacturing consistency.
