Our Story: A Rich Heritage

Paul and Lindsay's friendship began many years ago, and their professional collaboration started in 2011 with a charity fundraising dinner for the local RNLI. Inspired by the volunteers' selflessness, they decided to organise an event to show their support. The dinner sold out in three days and raised 12,000 for life-saving equipment for the crew.

This successful venture led to the establishment of the award-winning Rowley's Bistro and Bar at Blackpool Football Club (BFC) Hotel-a perfect fusion of their love for football and great food. Soon after, they were approached to deliver and service various contracts and venues across the region, solidifying their reputation as the largest independent caterer in Lancashire and recommended caterers at some of the most prestigious venues in the Northwest.
