A Warm and Nurturing Environment
Chigwell & Hainault Synagogue Nursery welcomes young learners to a secure and stimulating environment where they can develop their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual potential. Established in 1980, our nursery boasts over four decades of experience in providing exceptional care and education for the youngest minds.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a nurturing space where children can feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore their individuality. We encourage them to embrace their creativity, develop social skills, and engage in meaningful learning experiences within a warm Jewish atmosphere.
Our Approach
We adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, ensuring development across all areas of learning. Through play-based learning, exploration, and interaction, children learn to:
- Develop their social and emotional skills
- Acquire language and communication skills
- Explore their creativity through artistic expression
- Develop physical skills and engage in dramatic play
- Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking
What Makes Us Unique
- Close Parent Partnership: We prioritize open communication and collaboration with parents. We encourage regular communication through updates, open-door policy, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Qualified and Experienced Staff: Led by experienced Manager Melanie Kaye, our dedicated team of 'Aunties' hold relevant qualifications and are first-aid trained.
- Nurturing Environment: Our cozy and welcoming environment provides a safe space where children can feel comfortable and explore.
Join our Learning Journey
We welcome children from 2 to 4 years and are open term-time only, offering flexible days and hours. Our optional Healthy Eating Lunch Club and extra afternoon sessions provide added convenience for busy families.
