Wolverhampton Branch Issues
Ian Kirkwood, a disgruntled customer, rated the Wolverhampton branch 1 star out of 5. His experience was marred by a series of problems with the campervan he rented. Upon inspection, he found the toilet cassette contained a "horrible green mess" with solids that made it difficult to empty and clean. Additionally, he encountered issues with the fridge door, which remained locked for two days, requiring manual effort to open. Other problems included a faulty toilet door latch, a hob control that fell off, and an empty gas tank despite assurances that it was full. Kirkwood also mentioned the absence of a sink plug.
Rented Autotrail Ducato with Some Issues
Richard Fothergill, a reasonably satisfied customer, awarded the branch 4 stars out of 5. He rented an Autotrail Ducato and enjoyed a pleasant experience overall. Although there were some technical issues at pickup, which caused confusion, the van performed well throughout the week. Fothergill wished for a more comprehensive guide to the van's technology and suggested the vehicle could have been cleaner. Despite these minor issues, he would rent from the branch again.
