We recommend building surveys for older properties, those that have been extended or structurally altered, or for any property where purchasers require expert advice on the condition of the property.
• Commercial Building Surveys: We offer building surveys of commercial buildings, whether you intend to purchase outright for your own occupation, for investment purposes, or before you agree a lease. Our commercial surveys are not limited to areas local to our office; we receive instructions to survey premises nationwide.
• Expert Witness Reports: Unfortunately, building works do not always meet client's expectations. In these circumstances, expert witness reports become essential, particularly if the relationship between the client and their builder becomes broken. Our reports are produced in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules as a single or joint expert, and are designed to provide professional and impartial advice.
• Party Wall Dispute Resolution: When it comes to party wall issues, things can quickly spiral out of hand. Our simple party wall advice service allows you to make the best decisions and get the matter resolved quickly. We offer advice on the legal requirements of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and act to advise both owners and adjoining owners in connection with this Act.
