She contacted ReloUK's insurance company, Pacific Casualty and General, to file a claim, but was met with rude and unhelpful customer service. The company failed to pay out on the claim despite the CEO initially agreeing to do so.

He reached out to the company regarding issues with the shipment of his charity goods to South Africa but was met with broken promises and inconsistent explanations. The company's CEO personally contacted him, promising a swift resolution, but ultimately failed to follow through.
