Robert Pye, founder and master craftsman at Pye Antiques Restoration, has a deep-seated passion for preserving and restoring antique and fine period furniture. His journey began with a two-year apprenticeship at Rycotewood College, honing his skills in traditional woodworking. He further honed his expertise by working as a Cabinet Maker in the New Forest, before undertaking an intensive antique furniture restoration course at West Dean College. This rigorous training culminated in receiving a coveted diploma in the Restoration and Conservation of Antique Furniture from the esteemed BAFRA.
