Company Performance
The company's airsource system installation has been well-received by several customers. Jeff Stephens, who had the system installed in July 2019, reported a professional sales and installation team, and a seamless installation process that took two days to complete. After 12 months of use, Stephens was pleased to find that the system had performed well, with a running cost of approximately 650 for the year. Additionally, Stephens noted a reduction in their home insurance premium after switching from an oil-fired boiler to an airsource system.
Customer Service
The company's customer service has also been praised by several customers. Jake Rodgers gave the company 5 stars, stating that they had excellent customer service and would highly recommend the company to others.
Dissatisfying Experience
Unfortunately, not all customers have had a positive experience with the company. Mike Moran shared a disappointing story, citing a poor experience with the company that lasted for four months. Despite paying in full for the work, Moran reported that the company failed to deliver on its promises and communication was virtually non-existent. Moran alleged that staff were sacked due to internal problems, sales staff lied to customers, and the CEO refused to communicate with customers. Moran concluded that the company's poor performance and lack of trustworthiness made them an untrustworthy choice for maintenance work.
