Maximize Your Movement, Minimize Your Pain

Future Physio is a physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Melrose, in the central Scottish Borders. We provide a range of services, from general injury and rehabilitation management to sports performance enhancement. Our team of experienced physiotherapists work closely with coaches, medical professionals, and health and fitness providers across the region to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to injury management, rehabilitation, and sports performance enhancement.

At Future Physio, we believe in the power of physiotherapy to restore movement and function, and to promote overall health and wellbeing. Physiotherapy can help manage pain, prevent disease, and encourage development and recovery. Our physiotherapists take a 'whole person' approach to health, considering each patient's lifestyle and needs in order to provide the best possible care.
